DESCRIPTION:
An ancient forest road that leads to the heart of the Park: the Lama Forest, on the edge of the Sasso Fratino Integral Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will pedal surrounded by cathedrals of centuries-old beech and silver fir trees, along a route that follows the old Decauville railway once used to transport timber. It is a mystical journey where your heartbeat syncs with the breathing of the forest, until you reach the Lama meadow, an oasis of peace where it is not uncommon to spot deer and fallow deer grazing.

Timeline:
- 09:30Meet in Badia Prataglia, e-bike check-up, and briefing on park regulations.
- 10:00 Departure towards the Passo dei Fangacci and start of the panoramic descent on the forest track.
- 12:00 Arrival at the Lama Forest: relaxing stop, visit the small church, and picnic in the heart of the reserve.
- 14:00 We set off again for the climb (facilitated by the e-bike's motor) towards the ridge.
- 16:30 Return to Badia Prataglia.
