The Middle Ages within reach of two wheels: a journey through the manors that controlled the Casentino area at the time of the Guidi Counts, amidst history and legend. You will pedal in the shadow of the Porciano Castle, which stands proudly above the village of Stia, and then be enchanted by the solitary bulk of the Romena Castle, also mentioned by Dante Alighieri. An itinerary steeped in history, where every bend reveals a thousand-year-old parish church or a tower rising above the woods, giving you the feeling of being a modern-day knight discovering an enchanted kingdom.

Cultural tourists, families, and photography enthusiasts. Thanks to its moderate difficulty, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy the landscape and history without excessive physical effort, relying on the comfort of an e-bike.
Timeline:
- 9:30 Meeting in Pratovecchio, e-bike delivery and brief explanation of the route.
- 10:30 Arrival at Romena Castle and visit the adjacent Pieve di San Pietro, one of the jewels of Tuscan Romanesque.
- 12:00 Stop in Stia, visit the central square (famous setting for The Cyclone) and climb back up towards Porciano Castle.
- 1.30pm Gastronomic stop at a local producer or panoramic return.
- 3:00pm The tour concludes in Pratovecchio.
